I bring almost 20 years of experience leading teams and businesses across startups, retail marketing, and Big Tech (Google) in the UK and Canada. While I love diving into strategy and the latest innovations, my real superpower has always been helping people grow and develop.

Professional coaching takes you to the next level, with support and guidance from your own personal sounding board, advocate, and advisor. Often times, large organizations or managers will hire coaches to work with talent or individuals will reach out directly.
