Take chances, make mistakes, get messy!
-Ms Frizzle
Welcome.
I am trained to deeply listen - to your words and your body language to hold space for your growth and development. It is a deeply empowering experience- and can also be quite playful. Please scroll down to hear more about me and my approach to coaching as fit is important and I hope hearing my story will help you make the right choice for you.

My Story
Life to me looks a lot like one of those children's "Choose Your Own Adventure" books. We can't control everything but we can get clear on our values and decision making criteria to help us design a life more rich in meaning and purpose. My life purpose is to model and empower others to embrace their authentic leadership and live unapologetically in the colorful garden of life.
Most recently, I completed a 13 year stint at Google managing clients, partners and teams in both Sales and Global Marketing organizations. After years of informally mentoring colleagues and participating in coaching myself, I started coaching part-time in 2019 with the goal of eventually taking the leap into full time coaching (which I did in July '23). I have a passion for helping others grow and learn through the messy playground of career & life.
It's safe to say I know what it's like to try and achieve big things- and I also know what it's like to run yourself into the ground. Re-integrating into the workforce after maternity leave, battling cancer, advocating for yourself, asking for what you need (and deserve), navigating career changes (sometimes outside of money and promotions), managing diverse and high performing teams- these are all lived experiences I bring to my coaching practice. Like many parents, I also experienced two years of homeschooling/work during the pandemic. This not only made me appreciate the strength in the struggle but it also encouraged me to re-think my own life design and strive to find more ways to live into my purpose and values as we collectively heal and grow from this experience.
